Spring Retreat

You are Invited

When I learned many years ago the symbolism of the Hummingbird I loved what all the precious Hummingbird meant.

My favorite is that the Hummingbird signals that challenging times are over and healing can begin.

My Hope for this Retreat is that YOU can look at an area-challenge in your life and begin the healing process.

There will be several ways that we will do this through the Retreat.

Thursday Night: March 2nd

12:00 pm- 3:00 pm: Departure

This retreat will be created around those who are attending. Once I know who then I will finish up the itinerary.

Everyone will receive:

1 NES SCAN and consult (1 hour Session)

The goal is that everyone will have a minimum of 2 miHealth Sessions at 30 minutes each.

For at the retreat and to continue when you return home.

*Cost: The location is the home of Toni Mann and depending on the numbers we have a second location nearby with more beds.

Lodging costs will be donations accepted.

My cost is $50 per person.

Food costs will either be divided up between everyone if I do the shopping

or if everybody brings food then it will be the cost of what you bring.

(Again, this will be decided after we have an idea of who is coming and what everybody prefers)

I need to know by February 11th if you plan on attending.

$50 payment to hold your spot or $70 payment if you are attending the Comedy Night.

(I attended this Women’s Comedy Night in Guthrie in 2022 and it was a lot of fun and a lot of laughs.

Remember Laughter is one of the Best Medicines.)

If you are only able to attend part of the time but are interested let me know so we can work out scheduling

to make sure you get your scan and miHealth Sessions when you will be there.

Who is this for...Women

We will start with the Exceptional Holistic Health Members and then based on space

those attending can invite women outside of the community.❤️
