Banana-Berry Protein Smoothie
½ banana
½ c frozen berries
½ c spinach
1 scoop Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete (optional)
2 oz. NingXia Red
3 oz. water

PB&J Smoothie
1 c mixed frozen berries
½ frozen banana
2 T almond butter
½ T ground cinnamon
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 oz. NingXia Red

Green Goddess Smoothie
2 oz. NingXia Red
½ c almond milk
1 c spinach
½ banana
1 mandarin orange
¼ c ice
2 T plain or Greek yogurt (optional)

Berry Mimosa Mocktail

Orange juice to taste

10 c cranberry juice

POPSICLES
NingXia Red Popsicles
½ banana
½ apple
½ c frozen berries
½ c spinach
6 oz. NingXia Red*

Blend all the ingredients; pour into popsicle molds. 
Drop a few unblended berries into each mold to add some tasty texture to the popsicles. Freeze until firm. Enjoy!

*Can be substituted for 4 oz. NingXia Red and 2 oz. orange juice

NingXia Red Jellies
1 cup NingXia Red
1 ½  tsp agar agar powder (gelatin alternative)
4 tsp honey
3 drops Grapefruit Vitality
3 drops Lime Vitality
Silicone molds


Instructions: Combine the NingXia Red, agar agar powder, and honey in a saucepan. Mix with a metal spoon until fully dissolved and heat on medium-high. Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and stir in the essential oils. Taste for sweetness. The mixture should be almost too sweet, since the flavors will mellow during cooling. Pour the mixture into silicone molds. Let your molds cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour until set. Keep leftovers in the fridge or a cool place. Enjoy!



NingXia Red Salad Dressing

1 oz. NingXia Red
3 drops Orange Vitality
½ oz. balsamic vinegar
½ oz. extra virgin olive oil

Shake all ingredients together and serve over your favorite salad or fresh veggies.


NingXia Red Chia Pudding

7 fl. oz. chia seeds
3 c coconut milk
1 ½ T  local or raw honey
1 scoop Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete

 

Whisk ingredients together. Put in container with lid and let sit in fridge for 12-24 hours. 
Serve with fresh organic berries, Young Living Granola, and a splash of NingXia Red.



NingXia Red Banana Bread

2 ripe bananas
¼ cup softened coconut oil or butter
½ cup Young Living Yacon or raw honey
1 egg
¼ cup NingXia Red
3 drops Orange Vitality, as desired
3 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality, as desired
1 cup Gary’s True Grit Einkorn Flour or other all-purpose flour
1 cup ground walnuts
½ cup Slique Shake or Balance Complete
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink or sea salt
1 cup Organic Dried Wolfberries
¼ cup organic or grain-sweetened cacao nibs or organic or grain-sweetened chocolate chips
 


Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease an 8×5-inch loaf pan. 
Puree bananas in a food processor or mash with a potato masher. 
With a mixer, whip together oil and honey or Yacon, beat in egg and NingXia Red, and stir in essential oils. 
In a separate bowl, combine flour, ground nuts, Slique Shake or Balance Complete, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
Adding ⅓ cup at a time, beat together with wet ingredients and bananas. 
Once incorporated, the batter will be very thick. Fold in wolfberries and cacao nibs. 
Spread into loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
Serve warm with your favorite essential oil-infused tea.
