I like this kit to get you started. The products are good and easy to use. You will have everything, but the distilled water to do your first coffee enema.


Enema Kit 

This is the kit I have on Subscribe and Save and receive a new one every 3 months.


Make sure to buy one that is stainless steel and not aluminum. Mine is similar to this one. You can do a coffee enema without it, but this makes it easier.










Hydrogen Peroxide (Food Grade 6%)

Make sure to use Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for enema use.

Make sure to use a Sea Salt - I trust Redmond REAL Salt. You can use a Himalayan Sea Salt, but check closely that it is good safe- no toxins/heavy metals.

DO NOT USE TABLE SALT for Enemas

This is my flax oil of choice. This is a great way to get ALA (Omega 3's) into the body.

Cafe Mam Therapy Roast
My overall favorite coffee for my enemas is Cafe Mam- maybe it's because it stands for "MOM".

This is from a wonderful company and I buy it in a 5lb bag and keep it in the freezer to keep it fresh.
