LOOK: Your Eyes Do More Than Help You See 👀

What do your eyes have to do with your neck?

More than you might think.

Your Eyes Aren't Working Alone

Your eyes don't just help you see. Visual information helps your brain understand:

Where am I?
Where is my head?
Am I moving?
Is the world moving?
Where do I go next?

And your body has to respond to that information.

🎢 THE ROLLER COASTER STORY

I Didn't Just Work On My Neck

I worked with my EYES. 👀

Why?

Because your eyes, brain, vestibular system, and the muscles controlling your head and neck are constantly communicating.

So I wanted to see how changing the visual input affected my neck.

TRY IT NOW

A Quick 3-Step Experiment

Don't stretch. Don't force. Just recognize what your body tells you.

STEP 1

RECOGNIZE

Sit or stand safely. Shoulders forward. Slowly turn your head RIGHT as far as is comfortable. Come back. Now turn LEFT.

Notice: How far? Which side felt easier? Where's the tension?

STEP 2

PAUSE & LOOK 👀

Head back to center. Keep your HEAD STILL. Slowly move only your eyes: ➡️ right, ⬅️ left. Repeat 5 times.

Stay comfortable. Your head shouldn't follow your eyes.

STEP 3

RETEST

Turn your head again. ➡️ Right. ⬅️ Left. What changed? More movement? Less? Did one side feel easier?

Maybe nothing happened. That's information too.

Here's Where It Gets Interesting...

If your neck movement changed...

We didn't stretch your neck. We didn't massage it. We didn't strengthen it.

We changed the visual information going into your brain... and then listened to the movement coming back out.
