we also need to let go of what no longer serves us. 
This short practice will guide you to release emotions, 
step into freedom, and move toward happiness.

  • Release – a powerful blend to keep on hand when you need support in releasing emotions.
  • No oils? You can still walk through the practice — the process itself creates space for release.

How to Practice

  1. Place a drop of Sage (or Release) in your hand.
  2. Circle your hand 3 times to activate the frequency.
  3. Inhale deeply, letting the fragrance signal your body it’s time to release.
  4. Apply the oil gently over your bladder area — a physical reminder to “let go.”
  5. Whisper an affirmation such as:
    • “Let go and let God.”
    • “Let go and let live.”
  6. Picture yourself crossing a bridge — each step forward is a step into happiness and freedom.
